How to do a Spring Detox with DE?
Its simple!
Add about one teaspoon of food grade diatomaceous earth to your morning water once a day or add it to your yummy morning fruit smoothies!
Take it on an empty stomach at least one hour before or two hours after eating. Over the next few weeks, slowly raise your DE dosage from one teaspoon to two teaspoons, taking one in the morning and one teaspoon at night. We recommend taking up to a tablespoon per day. Be sure to drink plenty of water throughout each day to keep your system hydrated!

- 1/3 avocado sliced
- 1/2 cup of mangos
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 cup of soy milk or almond milk
- 1/2 cup of ice cubes

- 1 medium frozen banana
- 1 teaspoon of our Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
